Item as described. However, don't let your first one be the S/M size because it is more a girls size than a small woman. Get the large size unless you want to buy two. Now, I am going to buy the large which likely will fit American 5'4' size women.

This item was a huge disappointment. It was very thin and the faux fur was extremely poor quality. Be careful because they will not let you return it. Only store credit. I returned it over a month ago and still haven't received the credit. It is a cheap wrap.
